- Shortcut via icon on taskbar in system tray to programs' settings/information/starting. WinCE ActiveSync Connection Manger enables multiple copies of a specified file in two or more locations(computer, WinCE device, …) to automatically update/synchronize and be the same. WinCE ActiveSync Connection Manger handles the task of polling for the ActiveSync device connection. wcescomm.exe is also a command line entry to start WinCE ActiveSync Connection Manger.
