- WinCE ActiveSync Manager enables multiple copies of a specified file in two or more locations(computer, WinCE device, …) to automatically update/synchronize and be the same. WinCE ActiveSync Manager handles the task of doing the actual synchronizing. wcesmgr.exe is also a command line entry to start WinCE ActiveSync Manager.
